Dr. Berman is truly a gifted surgeon.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Dr. Joseph Berman. On two different occasions he has repaired my injured knees.
Six years ago I was walking my beloved dog Natalie, when I fell down in the mud. I did a triad tear on my right knee. It was extremely painful. I sincerely believe that a hundred years ago this injury would have left a person crippled! Dr. Berman gave me a donor ACL and repaired the torn cartilage. I was dancing in heels on Christmas vacation.

I am a sixty year old second grade teacher and I am very active. This year my left knee started to swell and hurt. I have no idea exactly what I did to cause an injury, but it looked like a purple cabbage! For the next thirteen weeks, it hurt every day. It was difficult to get up and down, to get out of bed, and certainly rough chasing children. I went to Dr. Berman when school was out. On July 17, he repaired two torn meniscus and fixed my injured patella. It has been three weeks and I am 95% back to normal and expecting to be good to go for another year in the classroom when school starts.

I hope I never need Dr. Berman again! But if something hurts, I know he is the man to fix it. He is a no-nonsense get it done right the first time kind of guy. His staff and PTs are awesome too! He is truly a gifted surgeon.
